Garments in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise with all original tags, sales receipt and packaging intact) can be returned to our Melbourne office for store credit. Please do not take the hygiene liner off while trying on garments.
If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately re-sent to you. Faulty sex toys are entitled to a 15-day replacement warranty. This does not apply to goods that become damaged due to misuse or change of mind.
For hygienic reasons, essential items, panties and accessories are not returnable.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return, and are required to provide the courier tracking code.
Upon receiving the returned order and checking the items are in returnable condition, the store credits will be issued to your account within 7 working days. If you do not have an account with us, we will send you a code for store credit to your email.
Exchange service is currently not available. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, simply return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.
Damaged / Mistaken Products:
If we happen to have sent you the wrong colour, size or damaged item(s), please contact us within 8 days after receiving your order, (provide photographic evidence that clearly shows the defect or error), we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
Misdelivered / return to sender parcels:
We hold no responsibility for parcels that are misdelivered or returned to us due to either:
- Supply of a wrong, invalid or incomplete delivery address or details during order confirmation, including but not limited to:
- Recipient name
- Apartment or flat number
- Dorm room or campus box numbers
- Building name
- College/university or business names
- Misspelt or missing city, state or province, country, postal or zip code
- Failure to pick up your parcel at the post office
